Health Diet Dinner

Hi everyone, welcome back to my blog. I am going to make a recipe which is a healthful diet dinner. Although Somali food are a lot of different kind of food. It is very healthful food . As we all know that our body produces what ever we eat the more health food we eat the better shape we could have. If we take care what we eat we can get the result from our skin, our body shape and our hair. So everything dependence on the food we eating. We don't need to eat everything our stomach is not a trashcan we need to take care what we are eating in order to get the results. so our stomach is very important, so to night I am going to post a healthful diet food . It is simple recipe as well, so try it.
Ingredient
  • Mung beans
  • Italian parsley
  • Radishes
  • salad tomato
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 middle size of onion
The benefits of mung beans

  • treats anemia
  • easy to digest
  • rich in iron, magnesium, potassium and vitamins C, k and B6
The benefits of Italian parsley
  • Cancer prevention
  • Diabetes prevention

  • very rich in vitamins C,A and K
  • Helps control blood pressure

The benefits of radishes
  • prevents viral infections
  • keeps you hydrated
  • High in vitamin C, magnesium and, fiber
Directions
  • First, wash the Mung beans and cook for 20 mins and then drain
  • Wash all the other vegetable and cut in small.
  • Mix it well by adding the olive oil and the lemon juice.

Somali Samosa recipes

Hi everyone, welcome to my blog again. My next recipe is going to be somali samosa. It is so deli  oust snack.
Samosa Dough ingredients.                                                                                                                       
  •  cups of all purpose flower
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tbsp of oil.
  • The next step is the filling ingredient ground beef/ chicken what ever you want.
  • 1 pound ground beef/chicken  
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • 5 green onions
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of ground chili.
  • If your vegetarian you can fill it the samosa with 
  •  Spinach 
  •  Feta Cheese
  • Sumac Spice.
  •  After you done the filling in process then you can fry it with oil or you can put it in the oven. If you don't like the oil.
